The Project
Each hectare is being restored with 400 high grade tropical hardwood trees: Mahogany, Siricote and Rain Forest Cedar.
The Process
All of the duties and steps to restore the land with hardwood trees are outlined in the White Paper and broken down per tree.
The Impact Investment price is $190,000.
1. Acquisition
The buyer receives: a bill of sale for their trees, an 18-year tree management agreement, along with title to their property. All this delivered by a U.S. based company.
2. Yield
Each hectare yields 400 trees x $4,000 potential worth per tree on these tropical hardwood species. 18-year value $1.6M per hectare.
3. Impact
